Pregnancy yoga and wellness retreat

Join me for an extra special morning to celebrate your pregnancy and to connect with other mums to be ready for maternity leave. On this 3.5 hour workshop you will enjoy:
🌟 One hour of pregnancy yoga – suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy. Ease those aches and pains whilst keeping fit and active during your pregnancy. All moves are pregnancy safe and no previous experience is necessary. Modifications will be offered to allow for different abilities and and stages of pregnancy within the group.
🌟 A hypnobirthing guided relaxation – A 20 minute guided relaxation to bring calm to the body and mind, as well as helping you to connect with your baby and pregnancy.
🌟 One hour of postnatal planning – explore what the fourth trimester is, what to expect from your baby and physical recovery from birth and how to make the transition to motherhood as easy as possible.
🌟 Afternoon tea / lunch – a delicious individual box of sandwiches, cakes and pastries from local business Sally Sues Sandwich Bar. Dietary requirements can be catered for with notice. This part of the session is perfect for getting to know some other local mums to be and to make some friends for when your baby is here.
🌟 A welcome pack of class notes, goodies and pregnancy treats.
Set in the gorgeous Waller Park Pavillion over looking the green hills of Darenth and the local countryside. There is free on site parking.
