Each class focuses on pranayama (breath work for labour), strength and stamina work for labour and a guided relaxation at the end. All movements and postures are pregnancy safe, and modifications will be offered for your ability and experience. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Please bring your own yoga mat or towel to practice on. There will be a limited number of mats to borrow in class, so if you do not have your own message in advance to borrow one.

You might want a drink handy during the class, a cushion to sit on and a blanket for the relaxation at the end of the class but these are all suggestions and personal preference.
